Seasons Care Dietitian Network is a consulting network of Dietitians and Nutrition Managers specializing in Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes. Since 1996, Seasons Care has become the leader in Seniors Nutrition in Canada. We partner with many Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes by providing consulting Dietitian and Nutrition Management services to support them in making a difference in the lives of their Residents. Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Preference will be given to applicants with accounting experience, and/or a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
  • Applicant must be located in Windsor-Essex County.

Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with the company’s accounting practices and procedures.
  • Work closely with Administration Manager to prepare and review invoices.
  • Report discrepancies.
  • Continually assess the effectiveness of finance processes, research best practices, utilizing the data to refine and improve processes over time.
  • Provide administrative support as needed such as hotel bookings, filing and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and administrative information.
