Here are some ways to promote hydration and minimize the risk of dehydration in Healthcare settings:

Hydration Cart MakeoverHaving a theme for one or two days in the week can make hydration fun! (i.e. Ice Cream Cart, Root Beer Float Cart, Sunday Tea Cart). Add some decorations too for some extra appeal!

Juice Bar StationHave a weekly taste testing of new juices to add some variety and flare! (i.e. Passion Fruit, Pineapple Mango, Blue Raspberry). Have the Residents vote on their favourite flavour!

Fruit FrenzieDeliver a variety of fruit high in fluid content (i.e. watermelon, cantaloupe oranges).Cut them into shapes to make it exciting!
