Seasons Care is celebrating 25 years! Throughout the year we will be sharing stories and posts on our social media pages about Seasons Care Dietitian Network and how we came to be. Those of you who know us, know we LOVE chocolate, and we believe in a food first approach that focuses on the enjoyment of eating rather than prescriptive diets. Thank you to our wonderful partners, dietitians and nutrition mangers who have been with us on this journey.
