#ORCACON2026 brought together leaders, operators, and partners from across Ontario’s retirement living sector for three outstanding days of learning, connection, and inspiration in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
We were proud to sponsor and present the Community & Social Engagement Award and extend our heartfelt congratulations to Schlegel Villages for receiving the award in recognition of their impactful Green Bench #ElderWisdom initiative.
While the conference featured memorable experiences at Royal Niagara Golf Club, Stone Eagle Winery, and the exciting Whirlpool Jet Boat Tour, the true highlight was the opportunity to connect with so many passionate professionals who share a common goal: enhancing the lives of Residents.
The educational sessions and keynote speakers challenged attendees to think differently about aging, Resident engagement, and the future of senior living. More importantly, the conversations between sessions reinforced the value of collaboration and the collective knowledge that exists within our sector.
We left ORCA CON energized by new ideas, strengthened partnerships, and a renewed commitment to supporting older adults through meaningful programs, exceptional care, and vibrant community life.
