Gemma Shines Bright as This Month’s Cherry on Top!
At Seasons Care, we are proud to celebrate team members who exemplify our core values of compassion, dedication, and excellence. This month, we’re thrilled to recognize Gemma as a July 2025 Cherry on Top award recipient!
Here’s what her team had to say:
“She has always been quick and friendly in her communication with us and the Home (ex. monthly stats, attending RD COPS, Brain Dates, etc.) Thanks for looping me in. I would say that in the few months that I’ve worked with Gemma, that she is prompt with the submission of her stats and also quick to respond to any communication.
From her performance review in February, aside from being very clinically strong, I could see that she has a big heart for the Residents and spoke of wanting to spend more time with them.
She is committed to lifelong learning and development in service of being able to provide more Resident centred nutritional care as she shared that she would like to pursue additional education that focuses on program/intervention quality improvement.
Overall I would say that she is a passionate Dietitian that works toward improving the quality of life of the Residents she serves.”
