Seasons Care Dietitian Network is Canada’s leader in Seniors Nutrition, partnering with Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes since 1996. We are seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us grow our passionate team. This remote role offers flexibility, creativity, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team
Preferred:
- Administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies with the Operations Team
- Drive creative outreach using social media and other platforms
- Screen and manage candidates through interviews and ongoing communication
- Maintain and engage candidate databases
- Conduct reference checks for successful candidates
- Post job opportunities and manage applicant flow
- Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes using feedback and best practices
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
