Seasons Care Dietitian Network is Canada’s leader in Seniors Nutrition, partnering with Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes since 1996. We are seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us grow our passionate team. This remote role offers flexibility, creativity, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team

Preferred:

  • Administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies with the Operations Team
  • Drive creative outreach using social media and other platforms
  • Screen and manage candidates through interviews and ongoing communication
  • Maintain and engage candidate databases
  • Conduct reference checks for successful candidates
  • Post job opportunities and manage applicant flow
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes using feedback and best practices
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
