Seasons Care Dietitian Network is Canada’s leader in Seniors Nutrition, partnering with Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes since 1996. We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships

Preferred:

  • Administrative or HR/recruitment experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with Zoho Products, Canva, or similar digital tools
  • Background in communications, digital engagement, or event coordination

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Drive creative outreach using social media and other platforms to attract new candidates
  • Screen and manage candidates through interviews and ongoing communication
  • Maintain and engage candidate databases; complete reference checks for successful candidates
  • Post job opportunities and manage applicant flow
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
  • Manage digital document storage and complex databases; recommend process improvements
  • Organize and schedule meetings, events, tradeshows, and seminars
  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms; interact professionally with followers and partner organizations
  • Monitor digital trends and recommend strategies to enhance online presence
  • Produce blog content and quarterly newsletters for clients and stakeholders
  • Create, animate, and automate presentations and educational materials
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment and administrative processes using feedback and best practices
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed
