Seasons Care Dietitian Network is Canada’s leader in Seniors Nutrition, partnering with Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes since 1996. We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. Qualifications
- Essential:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- Administrative experience
- Experience with Zoho Products
- Background in communications, business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Manage digital document storage and databases; recommend process improvements
- Organize and schedule meetings, events, tradeshows, and seminars
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms
- Interact professionally with followers and partner organizations
- Monitor digital trends and recommend strategies to enhance online presence
- Produce blog content and quarterly newsletters for clients and stakeholders
- Create and automate presentations and educational materials
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
