We are thrilled to announce that Seasons Care Dietitian Network has been chosen to present ‘Dehydration: A Proactive Approach’ at the PointClickCare Summit 2015 in Palm Desert, California this November 2015. The program was created to address the challenges associated with achieving hydration success in Long Term Care and Retirement Homes. Nearly 75% of Residents have daily fluid intakes of less than 1,500mL per day (Kavenaugh 2010). As such, the need for our program was evident. Stacey Scaman RD and Andrea Illyas RD, both Corporate Dietitians at Seasons Care, will be presenting this innovative and proactive approach to resolving dehydration in the Long Term Care and Retirement Home sectors.
