It is with great excitement, that we share the publication of our President’s Carol newest article. If you have been following us for a while you know that Carol (and her writing and speaking) have been getting a lot of attention.
Most recently, she has written an article on Food Trends in Sysco’s Nourish Magazine, Winter 2018 edition. The article covers trends from fashionable foods, to culture and religious factors, to cutting edge technology in food service. It’s a great read and a beautiful publication!
